These terms govern your access to and use of nztradeinsights.co.nz and related online services operated in connection with NZ Trade Insights ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Last updated: 2026.

The Site publishes informational guides and directory-style content about trade, compliance, and related topics in New Zealand. Unless a page clearly states otherwise, we are not a government agency, regulator, or law firm. Content is for general education only.

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, engineering, or other professional advice. Rules, costs, and practices change; you should confirm critical facts with qualified professionals and official sources before relying on any guide.
Lead matching and third parties

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will be limited to the greater of NZD $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NZ Trade Insights and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
